We have many builders that will pay up to 20% back for an investor to purchase the lot for the 8-12 months it takes the builder to build it and sell the lot. Netting the investor a solid 20% back on their money. Often times our Sales Team finds a buyer well before completions and in some cases the buyer will buy out the dirt, the investor can exit that program sooner than projected and move onto another Build lot or as many of our investors do, they will start exploring some of our other Investment Opportunities…

He has since created his own mapping system strategically plotting all the dirt in this area as well as compiling all the owners contact information.
